Based on the Galette des Rois "King Cakes" that happen traditionally around Epiphany in January, we're bringing back these delicious little treats with a twist for spring. These flakey pastries are filled with almond frangipane and poached spring rhubarb, the first of the season. Each pastry is big enough to share with someone you really like a lot, or for keeping all to yourself, because you deserve it.
